Society guards use the guard app for walk-ins and QR scan. Residents use approvals, visitors, notices, my dues, and community features. Society admins manage flats, users, maintenance billing, settings, and the DGate subscription. Committee members who also live in the society switch Manage and My Home in one login.
1) Resident sends a QR gate pass, or the guard registers a walk-in with photo and flat. 2) The host gets a push notification on DGate. 3) Host taps approve or reject. 4) Guard allows entry only after approval. 5) Exit can be marked so the visit timeline stays complete for RWA audits.
Yes. Photos are stored on secure private storage. The app shows images using time-limited secure links — not public URLs. Access is limited to your society and authorized roles. Links expire so shared screenshots of URLs cannot stay open forever.
The society pays one subscription priced per registered flat per month — ₹30 down to ₹20 by size band, with a ₹999/month minimum base bill for societies up to 33 flats, GST extra. Guards, residents, and committee logins are included. Checkout is Razorpay from the admin app. Residents do not pay DGate for core society features; they may pay the society’s own maintenance through Razorpay when collections are connected.
No. SOS and security features help your society coordinate faster, but you must still call official emergency numbers (112 / local police / ambulance) when needed.
